Lunar Studio Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artwork. Each piece is made to order with care and attention. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

All Sales Are Final

Each piece of wall art is printed and produced specifically for you. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or unexpected color differences due to screen variations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To begin the claim process, email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement.

Color & Print Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what is seen on screen. This is not considered a defect, but a natural part of the printing process.
